Full-Time Veterinary Customer Service Representative

We are seeking 1 (Full-Time) Customer Service Representative to join our front-desk team. If you’re enthusiastic, motivated, organized, and a strong communicator, this is an opportunity to grow with us.

At least 1 year of prior experience in the Veterinary Medical field is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist clients & patients during check-in and check-out
• Manage multiple phone lines and schedule appointments
• Enter medical records and handle client emails
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Clearly and compassionately communicate with clients
• Cross-train with our other departments to fully learn our hospital and team
• Support daily operations with attention to detail and professionalism. Knowledge of Cornerstone software is a plus, but we will train!

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, 40hrs per week
• Monday – Friday, 7:15am-6pm
• Shifts are either 8hrs-5 days a week or 10hrs-4 days a week
• 1-2 Saturday shifts per month, 7:15am-12pm
• Flexible hours and schedule
