Full-time Virtual Assistant

About the role

This is a Digital Marketing and Project Coordination role supporting clients' brand identity, messaging, and content strategy. You will create and manage engaging social media content across multiple platforms, plan and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns, coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely task completion, and provide administrative and client support as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clients' brand identity, messaging, and content strategy
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content and digital marketing assets across multiple platforms
• Manage social media content calendars and ensure timely content delivery
• Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments or messages
• Plan and execute email and SMS marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance reporting
• Support website content updates, landing pages, and other digital marketing initiatives
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify trends and content opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure tasks are completed on schedule
• Monitor project progress and follow up with team members on pending deliverables
• Respond to emails and phone calls, organize calendars, and schedule meetings

About you

• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, project coordination, or marketing campaign management
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Keen attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Adaptable to changing priorities, responsibilities, and business needs
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Advanced computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software and technologies

Salary package structure:
Guaranteed Monthly Income: At least PHP 17,000

Incentives: Up to PHP 15,500

Total salary package: Up to 32,500
