Full-Time Warehouse Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:
DK Accessories is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure the team meets performance and safety standards. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and hands-on involvement in day-to-day warehouse tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and support warehouse staff during daily operations.
• Oversee receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping processes.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and organization.
• Keep warehouse and showroom areas clean, safe, and efficient.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Handle waste disposal and general facility maintenance.
• Assist with product displays and showroom arrangements as needed.
• Communicate workflow updates, issues, and performance goals to management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous warehouse experience; leadership or supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive movements.
• Basic computer and inventory software skills.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

PREFERRED:

• Forklift certification.
• Experience with inventory control or cycle counting.
• Leadership or supervisor experience.

COMPENSATION:
$21.00 – $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
