Full Time Window Tinter

Overview

Pay

• Pay starts at $22/hr and will increase as your efficiency gets better.
• The most efficient detailers will recieve pay raises based off their speed and quality of work.

Duties

• Meet customers and listen to their needs.
• Perform jobs for the day at a high rate of speed and integrity.
• Perform cleaning of interior glass.
• Use film and plotters to tint glass and lights as needed.
• Add to a fun and non-toxic work environment.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
• Experience in cleaning and detailing vehicles.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Willing to learn anything and continue to learn after out of training.
• Willing to take action if needed without asking approval of others.

We are looking for someone who can work independent without the need of constant oversight but is able to add to the team environment by being a team player and helping others if needed.

The more efficient you work, the quicker vehicles can get done and the more you will be paid.
