This is the Cleveland Clinic facility in which we are seeking multiple candidates for multiple positions. We will be conducting a job fair to fill these positions. We have Fulltime and part time opportunities available and multiple shifts.

Shifts include for general cleaners:

Part time: 7-11pm ($16 p/hr)

Full-time ED (emergency department)Cleaners : 7am-3pm($16 p/hr) 3pm-11pm($17 p/hr), 11pm-7am($17 p/hr)

Day porter: 7am-3pm

Daytime supervisor :

Night time Work Lead

Floor Tech:

weekend positions

Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Cleaners, Supervisors, and Floor Technician to join our dynamic facilities team In the Akron/Fairlawn area.

In this vital role, you will ensure that all spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation. Whether leading a team or executing cleaning tasks directly, your dedication will contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for staff, clients, and visitors alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to demonstrate leadership, uphold sanitation protocols, and deliver exceptional service across various commercial and industrial settings.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning routines across all designated areas
• Perform detailed cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and sanitizing surfaces in accordance with sanitation standards
• Operate floor care equipment such as buffers, polishers, and scrubbers to maintain floors in pristine condition
• Enforce safety regulations and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health standards
• Manage custodial schedules, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide ongoing training to team members
• Conduct inspections to verify cleanliness levels meet company standards and client expectations
• Support laundry operations and hospitality-related housekeeping duties as needed to maintain a clean environment

Qualifications:

**Must undergo and pass a background check

**Tb shot required

**Must be able to obtain a CCF (Clevelandclinicfacility) Badge

***Must have reliable transportation
