FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBER

The Bell Inn is a charming, 4* countryside hotel nestled in Lyndhurst, New Forest, serving a best of British seasonal menu, and offering an array of on-site facilities, including a gym, spa and two stunning golf courses.

We are looking for a motivated hospitality professional to join our growing business on a full-time (45-hours) basis, supporting our friendly Front of House team in delivering a memorable guest experience during breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

• A minimum 1 years’ experience
• Experience of providing high quality service and consistent standards
• Be adaptable to change and use initiative when required
• To be part of a team to ensure a consistency of service at all times
• Sensitivity to customers: good relationship/communication skills
• Sales ability to ‘upsell’ to customers
• Motivate the team by engaging with all individuals and ensure a pleasant working environment for all the team
• Be well presented with a keen eye for detail and cleanliness
• Cellar management, line cleaning, stock control experiences an advantage
