We're looking for Fullstack Developers at every level — from junior to senior — to join our development team. You'll work across the frontend, backend, APIs, and databases that power our clients' corporate websites, e-commerce platforms, and AI-enhanced digital products. Experience building mobile apps is a strong plus.
This is an open-level posting: we hire junior developers we can grow, mid-level developers who can own a feature end to end, and senior developers who can lead architecture and mentor the team. Tell us where you fit — we'll scope the role and offer to match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance frontend interfaces for corporate, e-commerce, and enterprise web platforms.
• Build and maintain backend services and RESTful/GraphQL APIs that power our websites, apps, and AI-driven products.
• Design, structure, and optimize relational (and where relevant, NoSQL) databases for performance and data integrity.
• Integrate third-party and internal systems — payment gateways, CRM/ERP, logistics APIs, and AI/LLM services.
• Work cross-functionally with UX/UI designers, project managers, and QA across Degito's 6-step delivery framework (Discovery → UX Architecture → UI Design → Development → QA & Testing → Launch & Growth).
• Write clean, tested, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.
• Where applicable, build and ship mobile app features (iOS/Android).
• Ensure delivered work meets security, performance, and Core Web Vitals standards expected by enterprise clients.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Core requirements — all levels:

• Working proficiency across at least three of: frontend (HTML/CSS/JavaScript + a modern framework such as React, Vue, or Next.js), backend (Node.js, GO, Python, or similar), API design (REST or GraphQL), and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
• Comfortable using Git for version control and working in a collaborative codebase.
• Solid problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in understanding the business behind the feature, not just the ticket.
• Good communication in Thai and/or English — you'll often work alongside designers, PMs, and occasionally clients.

Junior (0–2 years)

• A degree in Computer Science/related field, or equivalent bootcamp/self-taught experience with real projects to show.
• Basic working knowledge of frontend and backend fundamentals; eager to learn our stack and grow fast.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly under senior guidance.

Mid-level (3–5 years)

• Proven track record shipping production features across frontend and backend.
• Can design and build an API and its underlying data model with minimal supervision.
• Able to take ownership of a module or feature from design handoff to launch.

Senior (5+ years)

• Full ownership of technical architecture decisions across the stack — frontend, backend, API, and database.
• Experience leading technical discussions with clients and translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Track record mentoring junior/mid-level developers and reviewing others' code.
• Mobile app development experience (React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android) is a strong plus at this level.

NICE TO HAVE

• Mobile app development experience — React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, headless CMS, or payment gateway integrations.
• Cloud and DevOps exposure — AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM services — chatbots, RAG pipelines, or prompt engineering.
• Prior experience in a digital agency or client-facing project environment.
