About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience in building scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and Node.js. As part of our product engineering team, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing products used by customers at scale. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver innovative, reliable, and user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Build intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces.
• Develop secure, reusable, and efficient RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Translate product requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
• Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, production issues, and technical debt.
• Continuously improve development processes, tools, and coding standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack development.
• Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
• Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Good working knowledge of TypeScript.
• Experience with Redux, Context API, or similar state management libraries.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and software architecture principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable, distributed, and microservices-based applications.
• Exposure to GraphQL, WebSockets, or event-driven systems.
• Experience with automated testing using Jest, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
