Fullstack Developer

The Full Stack Developer would be a key player in TAGs growth story, leading the vision from the front with the following roles:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end technologies
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in line with best development practices and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and overall performance to ensure a seamless user experience
• Design and implement workflow automation solutions using n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms
• Design, develop, and maintain APIs to support front-end applications and external system integrations.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems to improve functionality and reliability
• Ensure adherence to security standards, data protection protocols, and code quality guidelines
• Coordinate with the SEO Executive to implement website optimization strategies, including technical SEO requirements, performance improvements, and search engine best practices
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and proactively contribute to improving development processes

The ideal candidate should have:

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development with exposure to both front-end and back-end technologies
• Strong proficiency in front-end development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular
• Experience working with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or similar frameworks
• Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, REST APIs, JSON, and third-party API integrations
• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar tools will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and standard deployment workflows
• Openness to learning and ability to adapt based on feedback
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field
