Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Banking applications, including mobile, web, backend, and internal applications.
• Translate business and customer needs into reliable, scalable, and effective technical solutions.
• Design and develop high-quality code by applying appropriate design patterns, coding standards, and software development best practices.
• Build and integrate APIs, databases, and application services across front-end and back-end systems.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance improvements to ensure application quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, UI/UX, QA, and Engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during application development and project delivery.
• Explore and adopt relevant technologies, frameworks, and development practices to continuously improve our digital solutions.
• Support knowledge sharing and guide other developers in applying good software engineering practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems , or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in software development, with hands-on experience in building web, mobile, and/or backend applications.
• Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development , preferably using JavaScript, Java/Spring, Node.js, React, React Native, Angular, Android/iOS, or similar technologies.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, SQL, database design, and scalable system architecture .
• Familiar with design patterns, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), secure coding, and software development best practices .
• Experience with Git, unit/integration testing, build automation, and CI/CD practices .
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or digital banking is a plus.
