Fullstack Developer

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced UI Development Lead / UI Architect with strong Java Full Stack expertise to lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise web applications. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, solution architecture, team mentoring, and delivery of scalable, secure, andhigh-performance digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive UI architecture, frontend standards, reusable components, and development best practices.

Design and develop responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript,HTML5/CSS3, and Lit/Web Components.

Architect and build scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, Quarkus, REST APIs,and Microservices.

Lead application modernization initiatives, including Micro Frontends and API transformation. Ensure application security, performance, scalability, accessibility, and maintainability.

Design and optimize data models, database schemas, and queries across relational andNoSQL databases.

Collaborate with Product Owners, UX teams, Architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering excellence.

Support DevOps practices, CI/CD implementation, cloud deployments, and production support.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, solution design, and release management

Required Experience

Must have 10+years of software development experience.

5+ years in Technical Lead, UI Lead, UI Architect, or Full Stack Lead roles.

Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications. Experience in Banking/Financial Services domain preferred.

Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
