Fullstack Developer

We are seeking a highly versatile Fullstack Engineer with equal expertise in modern web development and mobile engineering (Flutter) . You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of our digital ecosystem, maintaining our web platforms while architecting robust mobile applications. The ideal candidate is a "dual-threat" developer who is comfortable switching between building complex React/Next.js frontends, managing AdonisJS backends, and deploying pixel-perfect Flutter apps.

Qualifications

Web Development Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Front-End Web: Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, React, and Next.js (Server-Side Rendering and Static Site Generation).
• Strong Back-End Expertise: Proven experience building scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using AdonisJS (or Node.js equivalent).
• Database Management: Proficiency in designing schemas and optimizing queries for MySQL, MariaDB, or MongoDB.
• Responsive Design: Ability to implement responsive web designs that work across desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers.

Mobile Development Requirements:

• Flutter & Dart Expert: Production-grade experience building cross-platform mobile apps with Flutter .
• State Management: Strong grasp of state management patterns (e.g., BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider) applicable to large-scale apps.
• Native Knowledge: Familiarity with native Android/iOS build tools (Gradle, Xcode) and writing Method Channels for platform-specific features.
• Store Deployment: Experience managing the submission and release process for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

General Engineering Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with version control (Git) and branching strategies (GitFlow/Trunk-based).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Web & Backend Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using React and Next.js .
• Architect and implement secure, scalable backend APIs using AdonisJS to serve both web and mobile clients.
• Optimize database interactions and manage data integrity across SQL and NoSQL systems.
• Ensure web accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility.

Mobile Responsibilities:

• Translate web features and requirements into high-fidelity Flutter mobile applications .
• Ensure visual consistency between the web platform and mobile app while adhering to platform-specific UX guidelines (Material Design/Cupertino).
• Optimize mobile performance, focusing on memory usage, app size, and battery consumption.

Collaborative & Operational Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers to ensure feasibility of UI/UX across both web and mobile platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable code for both environments.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software (using Chrome DevTools for web and Flutter DevTools for mobile).
• Participate in code reviews, providing feedback on both web (JS/TS) and mobile (Dart) codebases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for hosting web apps and mobile backends.
• Knowledge of Monorepo tools (e.g., Nx or Turborepo) to manage shared logic between Web and Mobile codebases.
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines that handle both web deployments (e.g., Vercel/Netlify) and mobile builds (e.g., Fastlane/Codemagic).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
