Job Description: Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with experience in Python/Java, modern web development, API integration, and workflow orchestration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable applications while ensuring high performance, security, reliability, and operational excellence in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python and/or Java.
• Build responsive, user-friendly web applications using modern frontend technologies and frameworks.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Implement workflow orchestration and automate business and application processes.
• Design and optimize application architecture, database interactions, and service integrations.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline application build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
• Implement application monitoring, logging, tracing, and observability practices to ensure system reliability.
• Identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities in application code, dependencies, and infrastructure integrations.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.
• Follow coding standards, secure development practices, and established software engineering best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong programming experience in Python and/or Java.
• Experience in modern web development using JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in backend development, API design, and RESTful services.
• Understanding of workflow orchestration, process automation, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and automated build, test, and deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of application observability, monitoring, centralized logging, and distributed tracing.
• Experience in vulnerability assessment, security patching, dependency management, and remediation.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills, including root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with Git, code review practices, automated testing, and Agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases and application performance optimization.
