Fullstack Developer - Immediate Joiner

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development and delivery of scalable, secure web applications using NextJS, ReactJS and FastAPI.
• Partner with the Solution Architect to shape system design, technology choices and engineering standards for the platform.
• Drive code quality, performance and reliability through reviews, refactoring, observability and continuous improvement.
• Mentor full-stack and front-end engineers; raise the engineering bar through coaching, pairing and tech talks.
• Champion compliance-by-design and secure coding practices appropriate to a regulated NBFC environment.
• End-to-end delivery of complex, cross-cutting features (NextJS + FastAPI) aligned to the architecture roadmap.
• Performance & reliability of owned services p95 latency, error budgets and uptime SLOs met every quarter.
• Mentor and grow a pod of 25 engineers; demonstrable improvement in their delivery velocity and quality.
• Reduce technical debt through refactoring, library upgrades and removal of dead code.
• Proven track record of designing and shipping high-availability, fault-tolerant systems serving real production traffic.
• Deep expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript and ReactJS / NextJS including SSR/ISR, routing, state and performance tuning.
• Expert in Python with strong command of FastAPI and Django for building production APIs and backoffice tooling.
• Strong relational and document database skills PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB including schema design, indexing and query optimisation.
• Hands-on with architectural patterns (MVP, MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Hexagonal) and the judgement to pick the right one for the problem.
• Expert in API lifecycle management across REST, WebSockets, streaming, gRPC and GraphQL with versioning, contracts and deprecation strategy.
• Solid OOP, functional and asynchronous programming foundations; comfortable with containerisation (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes) and CI/CD.
• Owns observability for their services structured logging, metrics, distributed tracing and meaningful SLOs.
• Drives secure coding practices OWASP Top 10, secrets handling, authentication / authorisation patterns and PII handling under DPDP.
• Conducts code reviews, design reviews, RFCs and post-mortems; sets engineering standards within the pod.
• Mentors junior engineers, runs paired programming, demos and brown-bag sessions.
• Works in Agile / Scrum; refines stories, estimates, manages dependencies and unblocks the team.
