About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers and interns who want to become fullstack engineers by working on real
products, not sample projects. You will learn to build backend APIs with Node.js, web applications with Next.js, and
mobile apps with React Native with guidance from senior developers and a structured learning path.
If you have built projects on your own, are curious about how databases and tech stacks fit together, and want to
ship code that real users depend on, this role is for you.
What You Will Do

Build and maintain features across backend (Node.js), web (Next.js), and mobile (React Native) under mentorship
Write APIs, integrate them with frontend and mobile screens, and test them end-to-end
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases write queries, understand schemas, and learn optimization basics
Fix bugs, write unit tests, and participate in code reviews
Learn Git workflows, deployment pipelines, and cloud basics by contributing to live projects
Document your work and share learnings with the team
Gradually take ownership of small modules as you grow
Must-Have Skills
Fundamentals

Strong grasp of JavaScript (ES6+): closures, promises, async/await, array methods, modules
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and how the browser renders a page
Understanding of how web applications work: client-server model, HTTP, REST APIs, JSON
Node.js

Have built at least one backend project with Node.js and Express (or similar)
¢
Understand routing, middleware, environment variables, and basic error handling
React / Next.js

Working knowledge of React: components, props, state, hooks (useState, useEffect)
Familiarity with Next.js pages/app routing, server vs. client components, and why SSR matters
Have deployed at least one React or Next.js project (Vercel, Netlify, or similar)

React Native

Basic exposure to React Native or Expo built or followed at least one mobile app project
¢
Understanding of how React Native differs from React for web (navigation, styling, native components)
Databases

Comfortable writing SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY) in MySQL or PostgreSQL
Basic familiarity with MongoDB or another NoSQL database
Understanding of what a schema, primary key, index, and relationship are
Tech Stack Awareness

Curiosity about how different technologies fit together you can explain what a typical MERN/Next.js stack looks
like and why each piece exists

Basic Git: clone, branch, commit, push, pull request
