Fullstack Developer – International Banking Environment

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to contribute to the development of web applications supporting Corporate and Investment Banking activities.

You will join an international agile team based across France and Portugal, working on topics such as risk management, market analysis, financing, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications.

• Contribute to robust, scalable, and secure software architectures.

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between services.

• Design database schemas and optimize queries.

• Work with relational, NoSQL, and vector databases.

• Participate in CI/CD pipelines, application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

• Contribute to the industrialization of Data and AI solutions.

• Apply software development best practices, including code quality, documentation, Git, and TDD.

• Analyze complex business challenges and propose appropriate technical solutions.

• Collaborate with business and IT teams in an international agile environment.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Strong knowledge of at least one backend technology: Python, .NET, Java, or Node.js.

• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.

• Solid knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL or SQL Server.

• Familiarity with NoSQL or vector databases such as pgvector, Milvus, or Pinecone is appreciated.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Experience with OpenShift or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.

• Familiarity with RAG, agentic AI workflows, LLMs, or frameworks such as LangChain is a strong asset.

• Experience with Git and test-driven development.

Profile 3 - 6 years of experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Significant experience in Fullstack development, or a strong backend/frontend background with the ability to work across the full stack.

• Previous experience in banking or financial services is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and international environment.

• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Portuguese is a plus.
