Our products span native and immersive ad formats, mediation, user acquisition (GROW), and offerwalls.

What Youll Do - Build and maintain backend services that integrate with Google Ad Manager (GAM) and multiple third-party ad networks

• Develop frontend features and dashboards in React used by both publishers and internal teams for tasks like ad unit management, monitoring, and operational workflows
• Work with large datasets ad traffic, impressions, and performance metrics to support reporting and optimization.
• Integrate with external APIs (ad networks, mediation platforms, data providers)
• Collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to design, build, test, and ship features end to end
• Debug and optimize existing systems for performance and reliability at scale

Must-Haves

• Proficiency in Go for backend development
• Working knowledge of React for frontend development
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL) and MongoDB
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and API design fundamentals
• A builders mindset comfortable navigating ambiguity and shipping in a fast-moving environment

Good to Have

• Experience with ClickHouse or BigQuery for large-scale data querying/analytics
• Freelance project experience
• Prior experience working at a startup
• Experience building MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers
