必須スキル

• 1つ以上のプログラミング言語（Javaおよび/またはPython）における高いハンズオンコーディングスキル

• エンタープライズソフトウェアの設計および構築経験

• DevOpsツール（Git、Jenkins、Maven）に関する知識と実務経験

• ITおよび非ITのステークホルダーと効果的に協働するための優れたコミュニケーション能力

年収： 900万円～1300万円

勤務時間: 8:40～17:40（月～金）、必要に応じて時間外や休日のプロジェクト作業あり

Global financial services group is looking for a Full-stack developer (Java/Python)

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain close relationship with business users to understand their requirement.

• Propose, design and implement Technology solutions to drive business process transformation for Securities middle- and back-office function.

• Maintenance and enhancement of existing applications and toolsets for above function, including re-engineering of those applications for continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on coding skills in one or more programming language (Java and/or Python)

• Experience designing and building enterprise software

• Knowledge and working experience with Devops tools - Git, Jenkins,Maven

• Strong communication skill to work effectively with IT and non-IT stakeholders

• Strong analytical skill to analyze complex problems and articulate solution

• Self-starter with passion for improvement/innovation and willingness to learn and implement new technologies

• English: Business level

• Japanese: Business level (able to interface with Japanese business users independently)
