FullStack Developer Lead (Full Onsite/ASAP)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Development Lead with strong expertise in Java and ReactJS to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will combine technical leadership with business analysis capabilities, working closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges, define requirements, develop effective solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and related technologies.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements and digital transformation.
• Engage with business stakeholders, product owners, and clients to gather, document, and validate requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA engineers, and subject matter experts to design and deliver tailored IT solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
• Ensure adherence to software development best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
• Oversee quality assurance activities, ensuring test scenarios and test cases align with business and functional requirements.
• Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production readiness activities.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, technical specifications, and user guides.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Extensive experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end development practices.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes, test planning, UAT coordination, and defect management.
• Excellent documentation, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
