Fullstack Developer (.Net, C# & React)

ob Description

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in C#/.NET and ReactJS to join our growing technology team.

The ideal candidate is a well-rounded software engineer who can work across both backend and frontend development, build enterprise-grade web applications from the ground up, and collaborate closely with clients, business stakeholders, architects, and other technical teams.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting scalable web applications while following modern software engineering practices and coding standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using C#/.NET and ReactJS.
• Develop backend services, RESTful APIs, and web applications using ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Develop applications from concept and design through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Design and optimize databases, queries, stored procedures, views, and indexes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and production issues.
• Apply SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, Object-Oriented Design, and Design Patterns.
• Participate in technical design discussions and provide recommendations for scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, architects, QA engineers, and other development teams.
• Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices.
• Support deployment activities and production releases.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor junior developers and help improve team development practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of professional software development experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with C#/.NET development.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with ReactJS.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, working on both frontend and backend development.
• Strong experience with C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core / .NET 6+.
• Strong experience with ASP.NET MVC and/or ASP.NET Core.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong experience with ReactJS, JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
• Strong SQL experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle.
• Experience with database design, data modeling, query optimization, stored procedures, views, and indexing.
• Experience building web applications from scratch.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and software design principles.
• Knowledge of SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and Design Patterns.
• Experience using Git or other version control systems.
• Good understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

The following are a plus:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and API-led architecture.
• Previous client-facing or consulting experience.
• Experience leading technical discussions or workshops.
• Experience mentoring junior developers.

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php140,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Taguig
