Fullstack Developer _ Tech Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, curious, and technically strong Full Stack Developer – Tech Lead to drive application development, AI integration, and automation initiatives.

This role is ideal for a hands-on developer who can independently build applications from the ground up, make sound technical decisions, and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

The candidate should possess a strong coding foundation, practical experience in frontend and backend development, and a genuine interest in applying AI and automation to solve business problems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end web applications.
• Build responsive user interfaces and robust backend services.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party systems.
• Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and secure code.

2. Application Development from Scratch

• Convert business ideas and requirements into functional applications.
• Handle the complete development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, architecture, database design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Demonstrate ownership of applications developed from concept to production.
• Build prototypes and MVPs to validate ideas and deliver solutions quickly.

3. AI Integration and Development

• Integrate AI models, LLM APIs, and other AI services into applications where appropriate.
• Develop AI-powered features such as intelligent search, document processing, chatbots, data extraction, and workflow assistance.
• Explore practical applications of generative AI, AI agents, and machine learning tools.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve business processes.

4. Automation and Process Improvement

• Identify repetitive manual processes that can be automated.
• Develop workflow automation, system integrations, and business productivity tools.
• Build solutions that reduce manual effort, improve turnaround time, and increase operational efficiency.
• Use AI-assisted development and automation tools where they add measurable value.

5. Technical Leadership

• Own technical architecture, development standards, code reviews, and solution quality.
• Guide developers and coordinate development activities, as required.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure application reliability.
• Balance development speed with maintainability, security, and scalability.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and prioritize solutions.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong backend development skills using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or similar.
• Working knowledge of relational or NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with APIs, Git/version control, debugging, testing, and deployment.
• Practical exposure to cloud platforms, hosting, CI/CD, or DevOps practices.
• Experience integrating AI APIs, LLMs, or AI-powered tools into applications.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks, workflow tools, or custom automation scripts.

The candidate need not have expertise in every technology listed, but should demonstrate strong fundamentals and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Experience and Qualifications

• Relevant professional experience in full stack software development, with the technical maturity to lead application development.
• Demonstrable experience developing and deploying an application from scratch.
• Practical experience in AI integration and automation.
• A portfolio, GitHub repository, live application, or project demonstration that showcases actual development work.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and ownership skills.
