Fullstack Engineer (Flutter/Dart)

Key Responsibilities

• Research and recommend software designs and alternative strategies.

• Develop and maintain cross-platform applications and related services.

• Translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions.

• Lead critical design reviews and contribute to project estimates.

• Act as a technical resource across different areas of the system.

• Train and mentor junior Software Engineers.

• Cooperate with engineering teams, project leaders and business partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of related software engineering experience

• Commercial Flutter and Dart experience

• Cross-platform UI development

• Backend development and serviceoriented architecture

• Frontend web technologies

• REST, sockets and TCP-based communication

• Distributed systems and transactional workflows

Engineering Practice

• Software design patterns and architecture principles

• Event-driven architecture and state management

• Unit, integration and UI testing

• Frontend and backend testing frameworks

• Software maintenance and debugging

• Linux, Windows and mobile environments

• AI-assisted development tools

Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Ability to lead technical discussions and design work

• Experience mentoring junior engineers

• Strong problem-solving skills

• English for work in an international environment

• Communicative Polish
