Fullstack Engineer (Next.js / TypeScript)

This is one of three overlapping engineering postings (telco, platform, fullstack). You may cover more than one area, and we hire the best fit across all postings.

As a Fullstack Engineer at Nairon GmbH, you will build and improve the web application of the Nairon Voice Platform. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, building and maintaining features with Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS and TypeScript, from the flow editor to call analytics.
• Working with PostgreSQL through Prisma, including schema changes.
• Writing automated tests (Vitest, Playwright) and taking part in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Working with AI and voice engineers to turn new platform capabilities into usable features.
• Keeping the interface available and consistent in several languages.
• Making small changes in our Python services where needed, and supporting deployment with Docker and Kubernetes (you may also cover platform work).

Experience:
A mid-level engineer with three or more years of web development experience who has owned features from idea to production.

Technical Skills:

Required:

• Next.js (App Router), React and TypeScript, with Tailwind CSS.
• A relational database through an ORM, ideally Prisma with PostgreSQL.
• Automated testing and code review habits.

Nice to have:

• Python and FastAPI, Docker, CI/CD, basic Kubernetes, or experience with LLM and voice products.

Communication:

• English proficiency is essential, both written and spoken, as it is the working language for all positions.
• German (B1 or higher) is a plus, but not required.

• Willingness to take ownership of features and contribute to team discussions.
