We started with Q&A on product page through a Shopify application. In 2025 we aim to deploy to new e-commerce engine (Prestashop, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, custom engine) and add new features such as:

• smart end-user qualification

• product comparison across the store

• AI search

We wrote the first line of code in January 2024, started commercializing in September 2024 and have now more than 50 paying customers.

Role

As a Fullstack Engineer, you will:

1. Drive product impact: Build features for our SaaS platform and embedded Sales Assistant that directly contribute to customer success and business growth

2. Own outcomes: Proactively identify opportunities for quick wins and high-leverage improvements based on customer feedback

3. Think business-first: Partner with other teams to ensure every technical decision maximizes value

4. Ship with autonomy: Take initiative from ideation to deployment, focusing on what creates the most impact

5. Be actively involved in the fast-paced, day-to-day life of an early-stage startup focused on building an ambitious product

Mission

Your missions will vary a lot as the product quickly evolves and priorities can change, here are a few examples:

• Deploy at scale new features like our Personal Shopper (AI workflow, backoffice, e-commerce CRM integration)

• Improve the backoffice playground and knowledge base to make customer onboarding easier

• Build and enhance our end-user UI to stay ahead of competition

• Work on quick POCs for exploratory features across the stack (CI/CD AI improvements, websearch integration, new LLM providers, documentation tools, etc.)

You will also be asked to lead initiatives encouraging the use of AI in the whole Dialog organization and in particular in the tech team through latest AI technologies (Cursor background agent, Claude Code etc.)

Requirements

• Education: Graduated from a top engineering school or similar top level education

• Experience: 2-8 years in software engineering (we don’t look that much at years of experience)

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Typescript and its ecosystem

  • Experience with React or similar frontend frameworks

  • Proven ability and curiosity to learn new languages

• Autonomy & Problem-Solving: Ability to work with high-level objectives and develop personal roadmaps to achieve them. Must possess a skill for breaking down complex tasks into manageable actions.
