Role & responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using Java and Python technologies.
• Architect and implement scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Drive full-stack development across backend, frontend, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Mentor and guide development teams through code reviews, best practices, and technical leadership.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Participate in system design discussions, technical estimations, and project planning.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
