Fullstack Software Engineer, AI Agents (m/w/d)

At Neola AI, we’re building digital workers for real estate operations. Our first product, Sabine, handles resident requests end-to-end. From intake and qualification to dispatch, follow-ups, and clean closure - replacing repetitive operational work with structured, AI-driven workflows.

We’re looking for a fullstack engineer with a strong interest in applied AI systems and real-world workflow automation. In this role, you’ll work closely with product and engineering leadership to prototype, build, and scale AI-driven operational systems.

• Design, build, and iterate on fullstack systems that power AI agents from concept to deployment

• Develop structured workflow engines combining deterministic logic with LLM reasoning

• Integrate modern LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) including streaming and structured outputs

• Prototype and evaluate new prompting strategies and agent orchestration approaches

• Collaborate with product and design to improve UX for non-technical operators

• Document architectural decisions and contribute to evolving internal standards

• Participate in technical deep dives, reviews, and fast iteration cycles

• 3+ years of experience in a product-oriented software engineering role

• Strong foundation in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js

• Experience building production-grade APIs and scalable systems

• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

• Strong bias toward shipping and learning through iteration

• Interest in AI systems, agent design, or workflow automation
