At Collective, we have built the first AI recruiting agent: we call it Sherlock. It searches, analyses profiles, corrects it searches and explores the most promising areas to find the best talents for recruiters. Today, it is used by more than 10,000+ recruiters.

You will work closely with our CTO to improve everyday our platform features. From helping on the candidate interface, improving the talent profile to making the recruiter app best in class, improving our AI Sherlock.

We're a fast growing company, growing 40% month over month on our revenue, aiming for series A this year ! Now has never been a better time to join us.

Our stack:

• Frontend: Typescript, React, GraphQL

• Backend: Typescript, NestJS, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, BullMQ

• Infra: Helm, Kubernetes, AWS

• Tools: Github, Github Actions for CI, Forest Admin, Datadog

Some of our recent challenges:

• Gathering terrabytes of web data (github, wikipedia, crunchbase, ...), to structure it and make the best possible AI search engine

• Scaling our job and worker engines with Redis to execute millions of actions per minute

• Design nice interfaces for our AI: Sherlock to interact like a ChatGPT for recruitment

• Integrate using AI coding to 100+ ATS, because we believe we can do it oursleves thanks to Claude Code and not use an agregator if done right

• Make AI coding scale, mastering all the right tools and good practices while remaining a small team with a high efficiency

Must have:

• You love AI coding and you're way too improductive when Claude code is down 😉
