Full‑Time Remote Paralegal (US Client – Workers’ Compensation)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Paralegal to support attorneys handling workers’ compensation cases for a US client. This is a full‑time remote position, offering the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on case management, litigation preparation, and trial support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize client case files
• Draft pleadings, petitions, objections, forms, and letters
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsels, adjusters, doctors, and court staff
• Calendar hearings, appointments, and track litigation deadlines
• Prepare trial exhibits and assist with trial preparation
• E‑file documents using court systems
• Monitor case status and alert attorneys when action is needed

Qualifications

• Strong English proficiency (oral & written); Spanish is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage caseloads effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Adobe, and CRM systems
• Knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage

Pay: Php499.00 - Php749.00 per hour
