We are looking for friendly, responsible and hardworking Full-Time Service Crew to join our growing F&B team. No F&B experience? No problem! Training will be provided. Fresh school leavers are welcome to apply.

What You Will Do

• Welcome customers and provide friendly customer service.
• Take and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Prepare soybean desserts, beverages and other menu items according to company SOPs.
• Prepare takeaway and delivery orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checking.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and company procedures.
• Support the Outlet Supervisor with daily outlet operations.
• Work together with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply.
• No previous F&B experience required.
• Friendly, responsible and willing to learn.
• Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
• Customer-service oriented.
• Able to follow instructions and SOPs.
• Able to work on rotational shifts.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays according to the roster.

Working Schedule

• Full-Time Position
• Rotational Shift Schedule
• Weekend and Public Holiday work according to roster
• 6 working days per week
• 7.5 working hours per day
