Fulltime/Casual Chef

The Bangalow Hotel is seeking a talented and passionate Fulltime/Casual Chef to join our established kitchen team in Bangalow, NSW.

Key attributes & skills:

• Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends is essential

• Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent ideal

• Two years experience or more working in a commercial kitchen

• Maintain and care for kitchen equipment, reporting any maintenance issues promptly

• Adequate understanding of HACCP and safety practices

• Passion for producing quality dishes in a timely manner

• Excellence in working under high-pressure situations, communication and time management

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Positive attitude

• Respectfulness towards fellow staff & customers
