Fully Qualified Cement renderer/ Solid plasterer

Looking for a Qualified Renderer who actually takes pride in their finishes.

Sick of getting messed around by bosses who don't pay on time? Or working every Saturday just to keep up?

JT Industries & Co is a local solid plastering and cement rendering crew, and we are looking for an A-player to join the team full-time. We do high-quality work, we don't cut corners and we look after our guys.

We know good tradesmen are hard to find, so here is what we are offering:

• No Weekends: We grind hard Monday to Friday, and we knock off. Your weekends are yours to relax and spend with family.
• Travel Allowance: Standard daily travel allowance ($20.00/day)
• Real Career Progression: We don’t just want a guy to hold a trowel forever. If you have the drive, we have a clear pathway to train you up to a Leading Hand or Site Supervisor.
• The Basics Done Right: Good gear, solid crew and you get paid your correct rate, on time, every single week.
• Experience in solid plastering/cement rendering
• Reliable transport and a driver’s license.
• A strong work ethic you show up at 6:15 AM ready to go.
• Good attitude on site.

If you are a solid tradesman looking for a permanent home with a crew that respects your time, let’s have a chat.

Send us a DM here on Facebook or shoot Jon a text on 0451 717 055 with a bit about your experience. You can also check out our work at www.jtindustriesandco.com.
