• Return calls to households who asked about coverage, then set a time
• Walk through the available plans and compare what each one covers
• Address concerns honestly, even when the honest answer is not yes
• Confirm names, dates, and contact details are correct on every form
• Send a short reminder before each appointment so fewer people forget
• Keep clear notes after each conversation so nothing gets lost

• Good at juggling several conversations at different stages at once
• Kind with older callers who move at their own pace
