The Role Involves

• Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism
• Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service
• Meet with clients virtually over Zoom to discuss their needs
• Guide individuals and families through personalized supplemental benefit options
• Build lasting client relationships
• Engage in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional growth
• Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups

What You'll Need

• A heart for helping people and supporting a purpose-driven mission
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing, if applicable
• A Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and dependable internet
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Confident in virtual meetings and familiar with digital tools
• Strong communication and people skills
• Customer service background helpful but not required
