Fully Remote Coverage Advisor

The Role

• People have different reasons for looking into coverage. Your job is to find out what they need, explain what is available, and help them understand their choices.
• You'll spend much of the day in one-on-one conversations. Some will involve basic questions, while others will require a more detailed discussion of benefits, costs, and eligibility. Once someone is ready to proceed, you'll help with the necessary enrollment steps.
• You'll receive structured training when you start and continued access to guidance as you become more comfortable with the work.

You Will

• Talk with prospective clients about their coverage needs
• Learn what prompted each person to seek information
• Review relevant plan and policy choices
• Discuss benefits and costs in clear terms
• Help clients work through questions before making a decision
• Complete application and enrollment steps
• Follow up when a conversation needs another touchpoint
• Keep information organized throughout the process
