Fully Remote Project Manager (entry level)

This is a remote, flexible, independent contractor role. No previous paralegal or trademark experience is required, we'll provide several weeks of paid training.

Responsibilities

• Keep track of client application details and status in our system
• Review weekly docket report to ensure the client status in our system is accurate and work with legal team to correct any inaccuracies
• Regularly review our internal systems to ensure the client status is accurate and work with legal team to correct any inaccuracies
• Clear out abandoned trademarks in our system
• Participate in monthly operations meeting to collaborate on system matters and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Love organization and systems
• Previous experience working with customers
• A people person: you remember people's dogs names
• Ability to listen to customers, understand the core issue, and respond in a simple, friendly way

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 per hour
