Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Travel Reservations Coordinator to assist clients with booking and confirming travel arrangements. This fully remote position supports the coordination of flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages while ensuring accuracy and a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate and confirm travel reservations for clients

Review booking details including dates, traveler information, and payment schedules

Provide support before departure and follow up after travel as needed

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth booking processes
