We are a Kids' Play Gym committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and fun environment to foster learning, exploration, and safe sensory experiences.

We do Prek Prep Classes, Camps, Parent's Night Out, Birthday Parties, Playdates, Storytime, Zumba Kids Dance Class, Zumbini, and STEAM activities.

We provide social skills groups, speech therapy, and activities for children across the spectrum in our sensory gym. We strive daily to continue to carry out our mission of being a safe haven for our families.

Job Title: Fun Associate

Job Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Compassionate and comfortable working around kids of all abilities
• Completion of in-house safety training
• Reliable transportation, to and from work
• Minimum 6 Months of work experience in a similar profession or working with Kids
• High School Diploma or Enrollment in 3rd or 4th Year.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet and Check-in Guests which Includes Accepting Card or Cash Payments.
• Must have full knowledge of all services, prices, and ongoing promotions and deals.
• Manage sales of Retail Items including re-stocking of shelves if needed.
• Must have complete knowledge of all systems and software used in the facility.
• Communicate and enforce all gym regulations and rules in a personable and professional manner.
• Remain alert and use all senses while supervising guests and maintaining a safe environment for patrons.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all surfaces and equipment including but not limited to the Gym Floor, Party Room, Bathrooms, Studio, and Check-In Area.
• Engage and Interact with Kids on the Gym Floor including but not limited to managing the Zip Line, Arts and Craft Area, and Climbing Wall.
• Must understand each piece of equipment in the gym and know what to recommend when seeing a child having difficulty.
• Engage and Solicit Feedback from Parents regularly.
• Provide reasonable assistance to Party Hosts during the Set-up and Breakdown of the Party Decorations.
• Assist with the creation and distribution of Marketing and other Promotional Materials.
• Answer and Collect Information on Phone Calls in a Courteous Manner.
• Identify, Track, and Manage any Prospects.
• Document, File, and Report any Incidents or Injuries that may occur during business operations.
• Follow up on upcoming Reservations and Bookings including sending Contracts and Requests for Payments.
• Prepare and participate in the Monthly or Quarterly Check-In to keep track of Individual Progress and Development Needs.
• Responsible for closing the Cash Register and preparing for Cash Drops.
• Work as a team with other Associates.

Additional Roles and Responsibilities

• From time to time the Gym will Host Special Events, Classes, and Camps. You may be needed to assist with:
• Organizing and Managing Such Events.
• Assist with Special Activities like Arts and Craft, Gameplay, and other activities for Kids.
• Preparing for Drop-Off and Pick-Up of Participants.
• Supervise Children during Summer Camps, Respite Care, or 1:1 Care.
• Providing verbal or written feedback to parents on the conclusion of the events.
