We are seeking energetic and dedicated Function Staff to join our team for weekend shifts! Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their needs throughout the event
• Manage event setup and breakdown, ensuring all areas are prepared and restored efficiently
• Coordinate with management to ensure event schedules run smoothly and on time
• Provide excellent guest services by answering questions, guiding visitors, and resolving issues promptly
• Oversee the safety and security of guests and staff during events, following established protocols
• Support the management team in supervising volunteers or temporary staff as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces to uphold high standards of hospitality

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, or guest services is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are essential
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse groups of people
• Ability to work weekends consistently, including early mornings, evenings, or late nights as required
• Comfortable standing, walking, and moving around for extended periods during events
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a lively environment
• A team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work independently or as part of a team
