Function Owner (Audio/Media)

Job Responsibilities

1、Orchestrate end-to-end Audio & Media architecture on Qualcomm 8155/8255 cockpits to ensure reusable, mass-production-ready delivery across multiple projects.

2、Lead solution design, technical reviews, specification formulation, and complex issue resolution for Android Media/Radio apps.

3、 Lead full-version module iterations, manage high-frequency mass-production issues (Audio, Bluetooth, USB, DAB), and ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery.

4、Partner with customer, system, hardware, and testing teams to align requirements, resolve issues, and enhance in-vehicle multimedia stability and user experience.

5、Manage daily team operations, develop talent, build succession plans, and improve R&D efficiency.

Job Requirements

1、Bachelor’s degree or above with 5+ years in automotive audio/media app development and 2+ years leading a technical team.

2、Deep expertise in Android/Linux multimedia architecture (Audio HAL/Framework, audio focus routing, BT/USB/FM/DAB/streaming stack) and hands-on capability to independently troubleshoot complex issues.

3、Proficient in Scrum and Agile methodologies; proven track record in coordinating concurrent projects, managing risks, and ensuring quality control.

4、Fluent in English for seamless technical communication and client liaison; strong cross-team collaboration skills with high accountability under pressure.

5、Prior experience in mass-production projects, deliveries to overseas automakers, or managing offshore teams.

6、Familiarity with ASPICE software development processes (especially SWE.1–SWE.6 work products) is preferred.
