Functional Analyst & Test Coordinator

Join KBC's strategic Rainbow Program , a multi-tenant data platform supporting regulatory reporting across Risk, Finance and Treasury domains. You'll play a key role in delivering reliable and compliant regulatory reporting solutions focused on Solvency II and CRR/COREP .

What you'll do:

• Analyze and translate regulatory and business requirements into functional specifications.
• Coordinate End-to-End, UAT and Regression Testing activities.
• Work closely with Risk, Finance, Treasury, IT and Reporting stakeholders.
• Validate complex data and reporting calculations using SQL.
• Support implementation, testing, and continuous improvement of reporting solutions.

  What we're looking for:

• Experience in Solvency II and/or CRR/COREP regulatory reporting.
• Strong functional analysis and testing coordination background.
• Good understanding of banking, finance, accounting or insurance processes.
• Hands-on SQL experience for data analysis and validation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have:

• Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Jira experience.
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing, ETL, RiskIntegrity or RiskPro.
• Experience with regulatory transformation or migration projects.
