About the Role

We are looking for a driven Functional Analyst to join our team and support the implementation of our new HCMS (Human Capital Management System) . You will play a key role across the full project lifecycle — from requirements gathering to system hypercare — ensuring the solution meets business needs and is delivered smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Execute the new HCMS project end-to-end, including:
Creating proper Function Specification Documents
System Testing
User Guide development
System Configuration
Data Migration
System Training
System Hypercare
System Documentation
Conduct interviews and stakeholder discussions to gather functional requirements
Write BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules
Work closely with implementation vendors to validate functional configurations

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree
Major: Informatics / System Information preferred
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant working experience
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication skills
Prior experience in system implementation projects
Ability to gather and document business requirements effectively
Experience working with implementation vendors for functional validation
Full WFO in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
