Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop complex multi-year forecasts and cost plans; manage budgets and conduct rigorous forecast-versus-actuals and variance analyses across OpEx and CapEx spend in alignment with corporate accounting standards.

  • Identify financial risks before they become overages and reallocate funds across workstreams as priorities shift; support budget planning, cost management, and accurate tracking for tax and audit purposes.

  • Partner with Vendor Management and stakeholders to draft, review, and manage vendor contracts including Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and Order Forms; drive ongoing value through negotiations, renewals, and compliance oversight.

  • Design and maintain executive-level dashboards and presentations reflecting the state of digital services, vendor performance trends, and key operational metrics; present findings at monthly and quarterly business reviews.

  • Develop reports and dashboards in ServiceNow for the purpose of extraction, sharing, and stakeholder presentation.

  • Identify and document incident and problem trends related to vendor services; collaborate with stakeholders to determine root cause and define remediation or enhancement opportunities.

  • Manage the full Purchase Order lifecycle through corporate financial and procurement systems; ensure timely contract execution, accurate budgeting, and financial payment coordination.

  • Extract, format, and analyze data sets to identify anomalies and patterns; apply mathematical and statistical techniques to surface actionable insights and hidden value.

  • Define, capture, and validate IT requirements and other delivery artifacts; document and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and constraints impacting delivery efforts.

  • Develop and implement operational standards, processes, and procedures for new technology solutions to protect existing service commitments.

  • Participate in periodic audits for solutions, planning, and delivery functions.

  • Ensure timely, clear communication with appropriate stakeholders regarding high-priority issues.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience analyzing data sets, deriving insights, and leveraging key data points to drive decision-making.

  • Demonstrated experience in vendor contract management, including negotiating and managing supplier agreements and overseeing the full Purchase Order lifecycle.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Smartsheet) with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.

  • Experience managing OpEx and CapEx budgets with strong financial analysis skills, including forecast-versus-actuals and variance analysis.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; proven ability to build trusted partnerships across leadership, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.

  • Highly resourceful, self-motivated, and accountable; demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and a high tolerance for ambiguity.

  • Strong attention to detail combined with an intellectually curious, proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

  • Experience with ServiceNow, including report and dashboard development.

  • Good understanding of corporate IT policies, procedures, and standards.

  • Availability for off-hours, weekend, holiday, and 24/7 on-call responsibilities on a rotational basis.

Nice to Have:
