As part of our CRM team , you’ll help build and maintain solutions that give our commercial colleagues a complete 360° customer view —empowering them to deliver exceptional customer experiences while reducing administrative workload.

Job description:

As our Functional Analyst, you would have the following responsibilities:

• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into clear documentation and functional designs aligned with architectural standards;
• Turn business needs into secure, cost-effective, and incremental IT solutions, thinking proactively and creatively;
• Maintain and improve existing systems to ensure quality, stability, and a great user experience;
• Collaborate closely with agile teams to implement new features and process improvements;
• Guide stakeholders through change, innovation, and new ways of working;
• Contribute to strategic programs including AI integration, product migrations, and digital assistants;
• Participate in feasibility studies, projects, and maintenance activities, converting findings into actionable outcomes .

• Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365.
