Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical delivery using Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business discovery workshops and requirements gathering.

• Perform fit-gap analysis and design business processes.

• Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, functional designs, acceptance criteria, and test scripts.

• Configure Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service, including forms, views, business rules, workflows, queues, cases, opportunities, and security roles.

• Design Power Apps and Power Automate solutions using Dataverse.

• Support data migration, data validation, UAT, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Manage/refine backlog and collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Required Experience

• Business Analysis / Functional Consulting.

• Hands-on with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

• Strong knowledge of CRM processes: Leads, Opportunities, Accounts/Contacts, Customer Service, Case Management.

• Experience with Agile delivery and Azure DevOps.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Information Systems, or related field.

• PL-200 certification required
