• Provide recommendations on the software solution that best fits the organization's needs
• Configure, customize, and test the software system to meet the organization's requirements
• Provide training and support to end-users on the software systemIdentify and resolve issues and defects in the software system
• Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to ensure that the software system is implemented correctly and efficiently
• Develop documentation and user manuals for the software system
• Assist in the sales process by providing demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
