Functional Consultant - Dynamics 365 FO

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.

Conduct business process analysis, process mapping, and fit-gap analysis to identify business needs and recommend appropriate ERP solutions.

Participate in end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules based on business requirements and best practices.

Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to ensure successful solution delivery.

Prepare functional design documents, business process documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.

Develop and execute test scenarios, support system integration testing, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Provide end-user training and support change management initiatives to ensure successful system adoption.

Troubleshoot functional issues, provide recommendations, and support users during and after system go-live.

Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization to enhance business efficiency.
