We are seeking a Functional Consultant / IT Business Analyst who can lead with clarity and analytical depth, moving beyond basic documentation.

Position Objective

You will serve as the essential link between business goals and technical execution, ensuring that digital products are practical, efficient, and perfectly synced with operational workflows. This client-facing role demands high ownership and the ability to guide functional strategy throughout Agile development cycles.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Strategy & Requirement Leadership

• Facilitate discovery sessions and in-depth business process reviews.
• Convert business objectives into precise functional blueprints and logic.
• Detect potential gaps, risks, and areas for optimization early on.
• Validate requirement precision prior to the start of development.
• Manage comprehensive functional records (FSDs, process maps, business logic).

Driving Digital Evolution

• Evaluate client operations to recommend technology-driven enhancements.
• Align system architecture with real-world usage rather than abstract theories.
• Assist in streamlining processes, automation, and user engagement.
• Foster a culture of ongoing improvement across all engagements.

Agile Execution & Accountability

• Participate actively in sprint ceremonies (planning, refinement, and reviews).
• Maintain backlog health and ensure full requirement traceability.
• Partner with PMs, Developers, QA, and Designers as a cohesive unit.
• Focus on the quality of functional results, not just the paperwork.

Client Relations & Advisory

• Act as a trusted consultant, mentoring clients on solution architecture.
• Effectively demonstrate workflows and system behaviors.
• Coordinate scope alignment and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee UAT, formal approvals, and successful post-launch transitions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, or Business.
• 1–5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant, BA, or System Analyst.
• Exceptional analytical skills and grasp of business logic.
• Background in digital, software, or large-scale enterprise projects.
• Thrives in fast-paced, Agile delivery environments.
• Proficiency in structuring complex requirements and documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and client management skills.
• Resilient in the face of ambiguity; able to create structure from chaos.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, E-commerce, MES, or Booking platforms.
• Knowledge of API integrations and automated workflows.
• Proven track record in managing UAT and client-facing milestones.
• Involvement in process optimization or digital transformation projects.
• Minimum of a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in a relevant field.
• Fresh graduates with high potential are welcome to apply.
