Functional Consultant - Microsoft Ai & Copilot Studio

The Role

We are looking for a Functional Consultant with a passion for Microsoft AI technologies and solution architecture.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing AI-powered solutions using Microsoft technologies. You will work closely with customers, translating technical and business requirements into scalable architectures and helping organisations unlock value from Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI and the Power Platform.

This is a hands-on role that combines technical expertise, client interaction, and innovation.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement Microsoft AI and Copilot solutions for enterprise customers
• Develop and configure solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Microsoft 365
• Build AI-driven applications, agents and automations using Microsoft's AI stack
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable architectures
• Integrate Microsoft AI solutions with existing business applications and data sources
• Support proof of concepts, pilots and production deployments
• Advise customers on best practices, security, governance and adoption
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide solution guidance
• Collaborate with architects, consultants and international delivery teams
• Contribute to internal innovation initiatives, accelerators and reusable IP

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Microsoft technologies
• Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Azure services
• Experience designing and implementing technical solutions
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations and automation workflows
• Understanding of AI, Generative AI or intelligent automation solutions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders
