Work Location: Noida, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad & Chennai

Responsibilities

• Provide AMS support, incident resolution, and enhancement delivery for SAP SRM.
• Configure and support SRM procurement scenarios including Self-Service Procurement, Classic, and Extended Classic.
• Manage SRM-MM integration, Middleware, ALE/IDoc, and master data replication (Material, Vendor, HR).
• Configure workflows, organizational structures, catalogs, and contracts.
• Prepare functional specifications, support testing, deployments, and change requests.
• Use ServiceNow (ITSM) for incident, problem, and change management.
• Independently interact with clients and support business users.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SRM AMS and enhancement/support projects.
• Expertise in SRM configuration, workflows, and SRM-MM integration.
• Experience in Classic and Extended Classic scenarios.
• Knowledge of Material, Vendor, and HR master data replication.
• Experience with SAP Portal and Organizational Structure setup.
• Strong experience in incident, service request, and change management.
• Good communication, client-facing, and troubleshooting skills.
• At least one end-to-end SAP SRM implementation/support project experience.
