Functional Head/Lead PPIC-Sheeting

Job Objective-

The role holder would be responsible for production planning, scheduling, and inventory management to meet production targets and minimize costs. The role holder would also be responsible for collaborating with the sales and marketing team to improve demand forecasting accuracy and reducing lead times.

Location-

Budhni (Madhya Pradesh)

Roles & Responsibilities-

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to improve OTIF performance by ensuring that products are delivered to customers on time and in the quantities ordered
• Implement robust order tracking and monitoring systems to reduce late deliveries
• Develop and manage dispatch plans that align with production schedules, customer orders, and inventory levels
• Address any discrepancies or delays promptly to minimize disruptions in the supply chain
• Streamline the Sales Order (SO) to Purchase Order (PO) process to reduce lead times
• Implement automation and digital tools to expedite the conversion of SOs into POs.

Qualifications-

• BA/BBA in operations management, SCM or a related field
• MA/ MBA/ PGDM in operations management, SCM or a related field
• Proven experience in production planning, inventory control, and supply chain management
• Certifications like APICS, CPIM+I13
